Born in 2015 and located in Amman, Jordan; Primal Restaurant’s vision is for you to get back to eating purely and healthily.
We are Amman’s first & only paleo restaurant, with countless vegan and ketogenic options. Primal Restaurant opened its doors in Amman in the summer of 2015, and is located in the lively restaurant neighborhood of Wadi Abdoun. Since opening Primal has aimed to provide its customers with the best culinary experience, using only the most nutritious ingredients to create unique and mouthwatering dishes.
Primal prides itself for having a menu that is suitable for everyone. Offering a menu that is totally gluten-free, refined sugar-free, lactose-free, with countless vegetarian and plant-based vegan, and ketogenic options. Primal reflects an unforgettable experience, from the quality of food, the service, the groovy tunes, the fresh interior, the carefully chosen art pieces, to the bright floral & plant arrangements. The multi-level restaurant offers you the choice to relax in our upstairs glass-encased area, socialize in our downstairs dining space and bar, or enjoy the fresh breeze on our outside green-garden terrace.
