CONCEPT BRIEF

Established in Bahrain in July 2007, Tea Club is an upscale Tea, food and Tea accessories, retail experience driving a desire for little extras that improve quality of life at a relatively reasonable cost.

Tea Club was born as a unique concept aiming to offer customers with a wide range of high-quality teas with 60 different flavors extracted from1000 types of teas, herbs and roots generating over 3000 types of tea blends from Sri Lanka, China, Japan India, Nepal and South Africa.

In addition to high quality tea, Tea Club offers a Fusion food menu blending the world cuisine with traditional methods and state of the art technology’s offering delicious foods and bakery items. Moreover, it offers Tea-retail and accessories-retail in which customers can buy all of the tea products, bona china tea sets, bona china cup, mugs, pots, strainers, etc used at the Tea Club.

Prior to the launch, The Tea Club founder spend years in research, training as well as traveling to many countries to name few, China, Japan, Sri Lanka, India, South Africa, and more, in an effort to build an original concept to this brand.

In 2010 the Tea Club was relocated to the exclusive water front lagoon part in Amwaj Island, where it became the beating heart of the island and one of the landmarks of a unique experience in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

With the great success throughout 2010-2011 and the increasing demand; Tea Club expanded its operations within the lagoon park by opening its 850m2 flagship store in early 2012. It now has 8 branches across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.

Tea Club philosophy is to highly value the Arabic heritage, which is clearly evident in the hospitable delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
