Kronfol was created by “Wissam Breidy” a Lebanese TV host who is very well known in the MENA region, out of the market’s need for authentic Lebanese getaway.
Wissam has been in the F&B business for more than 10 years and with a successful track record. In 2010, he has setup Table 7, the famous resto-lounge and the house of celebrities. A few years later, in 2014 was the collaboration with Chef “Maroun Chedid” in developing Kronfol’s concept and food menu. Following in 2018, he created the renowned street food concept, Kronfaly.
Partnering with GCH Architects and Chef Jean Barbour, Wissam decided to move Kronfol’s concept to a new phase and upgrade the brand to serve distinctive Lebanese experience that fits the market’s need outside Lebanon.
