Imad Charafeddine is a well-known figure in the region’s franchise industry. With a solid franchise consulting background and extensive experience, he oversees all of Francorp’s business development in the Middle East. He was also accredited as a Franchise Sales and Management Consultant from Francorp University in the United States in July 2006. Imad plays an important role in the development of clients’ franchise strategic planning and structure reports, the development of clients’ franchise operational manuals, and marketing materials and marketing plans.
A dynamic speaker, his lively and informative franchising sessions are well known & acknowledged throughout the region and he’s sought after when it comes to strategy, operations, and marketing. Under his leadership, Francorp Middle East has paved the way for numerous franchises that are among the most successful franchises to come out of the region, including; Just Falafel, Kcal, 800 Pizza, London Fish & chips and many more.
Prior to joining Francorp, Imad was a General Manager of Operations for a highly reputable company in Dubai, UAE, covering the Middle East region, where he was responsible for overseeing the implementation of new concepts and overall analysis, structuring, and the implementation of new concepts in the market place. Imad also played a major role in creating, finding and negotiating franchisees that suit the requirements of the business.
Imad was also the General Manager of a reputed Management Consultancy firm based in Lebanon that looks over existing or newly established companies and provides them with the assistance in building their structure and operations for a period of 6 years.
Imad is a BA graduate in Business from Beirut University College. He then traveled to Switzerland to pursue further studies in “Les Roches”, one of the most accredited and reputed hotel management schools in the world. He became Les Roches’ sole representative for almost three consecutive years in Lebanon.
