Nour AlLahham comes with a strong background in business operations, strategic planning and project management for over 5 years, and holds a double major in Language Translation and Project Management.

In her experience, Nour has expertly managed franchise daily operations and quality control to ensure businesses are operating efficiently whilst also establishing long term goals. She has worked on innovating new methodology in franchising through implementing the right techniques and best practices in Franchise Management. Nour has also supported franchisors in improving their opportunities of entering new countries and/or regions by reviewing contracts, processing renewals and enforcing licensing expectations.

With her familiarity and practice of working in the franchise industry, as well as her strong skillset in problem-solving, Nour is now a full-time Franchise Consultant at Francorp Middle East.
