Serge combines his endless passion for the art and science of F & B with a strong experience in the industry particularly in operations, management and strategic relations with the customer, the brand itself and the people behind the brand.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Hotel Management from the University of Balamand in Lebanon.
He has over 10 years of experience in the field of F&B and is primarily focused on building a strong foundation and synergy amongst everyone involved. He has worked with homegrown local and regional brands in the GCC and MENA region.
At Francorp, Serge focuses on playing a key role in supporting his team and his client in covering all grounds to ensure success in meeting the milestones for the franchise operations.
