It all starts with the seasons. Four Winters make ice cream using seasonal products which are acquired locally and brought to the ice cream chefs, who transform them into liquid combinations bursting with flavor. The liquid ice cream is safely kept cooled in the flavor vaults of the store.
Each ice cream serving at Four Winters is created one cup at a time. Liquid nitrogen technology is used to freeze the ice cream order in front of clients’ eyes, on the spot. Liquid nitrogen is basically liquefied air, which is -196˚C cold. It freezes the ice cream instantaneously in a safe and healthy manner.
